I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric care for adults ages 18 and older through secure telehealth services. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing your concerns.

With over 14 years of healthcare experience and more than 7 years of psychiatric practice experience, I have worked with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, OCD, sleep disorders, and other mental health concerns.

My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. Together, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and overall well-being. Whether treatment includes medication, supportive talk therapy, or a combination of approaches, my goal is to help you feel better, function better, and improve your quality of life.
